REGARDING COVID-19

Hello Meurice Family,


Now more than ever, these core values have been put to the test as we feel that it is our responsibility to support the fight to flatten the curve since dry cleaning is effective at killing  all viruses and bacteria. In response to the rapidly-changing circumstances of COVID-19 in New York and beyond, our Meurice Family has come together, rather than shutting down, to support New York through continuing to provide quality cleaning for your home and garments.

We wanted to let you know that we are open and ready to support your families and homes.

For the safety and protection of our Meurice Family and yours, please let us know if you suspect a member in your home is ill, even if it is simply a cold. All on-site and off-site Meurice employees operate under strict, hospital-grade health and sanitization procedures including, but not limited to:

  • Protection of senior employees and parents

  • Sterile uniforms, masks, and gloves

  • Internal cleaning of Meurice Valet Vans twice per week

  • Strict handwashing procedures even if there is no contact with clients


On the pickup and delivery routes 

  • Meurice Valets operate under strict social distancing guidelines and only pickup from the front desk and the front door. They will no longer be entering homes unless it is absolutely necessary and specified by the client (i.e. disability, elderly client, etc.)

  • Communication through a minimum of 6 feet distance, on our online app or phone call only


We do not recommend clients leave their homes to visit our stores, but if it is absolutely necessary -

in our stores

  • Daily cleaning of high-contact surfaces such as reception areas, fitting rooms, registers, computers, keyboards, phones, and countertops 

  • Practice of social distancing

  • Frequently replenished hand sanitizers

  • Strict handwashing procedures

  • Our sanitization team is full-time and will continue daily cleaning of high-contact surfaces such as door knobs, reception areas, fitting rooms, registers, computers, keyboards, phones, and countertop. Disinfectant solutions are used. 


In our Headquarters

  • Practice of strict social distancing, staggering lunch and breaks

  • Our sanitization team is full-time and will continue daily cleaning of high-contact surfaces such as conference rooms, lunch room, door knobs, computers, keyboards, phones, and countertop. Disinfectant solutions are used. 

  • Strict handwashing procedures
